MYTH is a free AI character platform where you chat with custom AI characters that remember your story, feel your mood, and evolve with you. Create any character — anime, dark romance, fantasy, obsessed lover, vampire, billionaire — and roleplay without filters. Available on Android (APK) with iOS coming soon.
Is MYTH free? Is it a free Character AI alternative?
Yes. MYTH is free to use and is the best free alternative to Character AI (character.ai). You can create unlimited characters, chat without daily limits, and access memory features for free. No paywall for basic chatting.
Does MYTH allow NSFW / uncensored roleplay?
Yes. MYTH supports uncensored, NSFW-friendly roleplay for users 18+. You control NSFW settings — enable strict, moderate or open content, blur thumbnails, and toggle NSFW badges. We enforce 18+ only and ban content involving real minors.
How is MYTH different from Character AI (character.ai)?
Character AI often filters or blocks NSFW and has strict limits. MYTH offers: uncensored NSFW (18+), 3-tier memory that never resets (short-term, long-term, core), psychological profiling, voice messages, character-to-character relationships, living world feed, and fully custom character creation. No boring filters.
Do characters remember my conversations?
Yes. MYTH uses a 3-tier memory system: Short-term (your mood today), Long-term (favorites, history, inside jokes), Core (fears, dreams, deepest truths). Characters recall details from weeks ago — no memory wipes.
Can I create my own AI character?
Yes. Design appearance, personality, backstory, voice, secrets, flaws, and system instructions. Add tags, images, categories. Your characters get engagement scores and can be discovered by others.
Is MYTH safe and private?
Messages are not end-to-end encrypted — they are processed by AI providers (Gemini) to generate replies. We use TLS, Clerk auth, and admin moderation. See Privacy Policy for details. You can delete your data anytime in Settings.
How do I download MYTH?
Tap Download APK on the homepage. Android only right now. iOS is coming soon. The APK is served via Convex storage.
What is MYTH's content policy on NSFW?
NSFW content is labeled, blurred by default for new accounts, and requires 18+ age. You choose your filter level in settings. Real minors in sexual contexts is strictly prohibited and reported.
Does MYTH have voice chat?
Yes. Characters can send voice messages and you can call characters live via Vapi voice agents with ElevenLabs synthesis. Call transcripts are shown briefly after calls, not stored long-term.
Why can't ChatGPT or Gemini find MYTH?
New sites take weeks to be indexed by AI models. We publish llms.txt, sitemap.xml, structured data, and open crawling to help. Ask ChatGPT: 'What is MYTH at https://aadhirth.cv?' with the URL for best results until training data updates.
Is MYTH available on iOS / iPhone?
