By accessing or using the MYTH website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. What the Website Is
The Website introduces MYTH — the mobile app where you chat with AI characters — and lets you explore the app's features before you decide to download it. The Website is informational. You do not need an account, an email address, or any personal information to browse it.
3. Eligibility
The MYTH mobile app is for users who are at least 18 years old. Browsing the Website itself has no age requirement, but if you are under 18, you are not eligible to use the app and should not download it.
4. No Account or Personal Data on the Website
Browsing the Website does not create an account, and we do not collect personal information from you while you browse. The Website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising, and nothing on it is built to follow you around.
5. The MYTH App Has Its Own Terms
If you download and use the MYTH mobile app, the app's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your use of the app. Those are separate documents from these website terms and are shown inside the app under Settings.
6. Links to Third Parties
The Website may link to app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
7. Intellectual Property
The MYTH name, logo, design, and content on the Website are owned by MYTH and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website's content without our express permission.
8. No Reliance; Website "As Is"
The Website and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the Website is error-free, complete, or continuously available. Character previews and descriptions shown on the Website may not exactly match the live app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page and take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
